Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统是一种通过摊铺设备（常规沥青面层摊铺机）将Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌改性沥青混合料快速  摊铺成型的高效施工方案。该系统采用独特的   OGFC-5开级配骨架空隙结构，路面空隙率能达到12%以上。Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统成型厚度一般为0.7-1.5cm，  一般作为新建道路的 彩色沥青面层，也可用作在原有路面上加铺彩色沥青面层。该系统作为一种新型绿色路面材料，具有经济、环保、美观、方便等优点。

 1、大幅降低工程造价

  ★ 大幅降低沥青材料造价

     材料本身的超薄特性，使其可以有效节省成本，常规热拌彩色沥青混凝土面层施工厚度一般不得少于3厘米，而Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统的施工厚度仅为0.7-1.5cm，仅材料成本就降低50%以上。

 ★ 大幅降低混合料生产成本

 常温混合料拌合可以大幅度节约拌合成本。拌和站只需确保集料干燥无尘，无需开锅炉对石料加热，如果混合料用量较少，也可采用常规混合机拌合。

 ★ 小幅降低施工成本

 施工采用常规面层沥青摊铺机，如果摊铺效果不佳，在混合料未被污染的前提下可以回收二次摊铺。该系统混合料在摊铺碾压后6个小时开始逐渐硬化，在这个时间范围内可以反复施工，有效避免因施工问题而导致材料浪费。

 2、色彩多样，颜色艳丽 

 Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统采用冷拌合冷施工工艺，对色粉耐高温性能基本无要求，降低了混合料色粉的门槛，从而使彩色沥青在颜色的选择上可以根据要求任意调配，增加了彩色路面的色彩多样性。而且红、橙、黄、绿、蓝等颜色的成本基本接近。

 冷拌和热拌工艺采用同一型号颜料，前者的色泽要比后者更加艳丽。冷拌工艺不用经过高温考验，颜料分子组成没有改变，结构更加稳定，使其颜色更鲜艳，保持更持久。

3、常温施工，使用方便

 Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土在10℃以上均可进行施工。施工过程中无需  担心混合料降温冷却导致损耗或低温施工脱粒等问题，成品混合料运到现场有足够的准备时间组织摊铺碾压。同时Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土采  用成品常温袋装设计，易于存储、运输、施工。

 4、减少污染，保护环境

 由于使用独特的冷拌技术，Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土生产施工在常温下进行，没有沥青烟和粉尘排放，减少废气排放，减少对室内施工的影响。混合料生产无需加热，能耗低。材料本身、混合料拌合、路面施工整个环节对环境基本***，能够符合环保要求。

 5、性能优异，质量稳定

★ ***的层间粘结能力，有效防止剥落

 该系统采用专用配方的沥青材料，***粘结材料本身具有更好的粘结性能，同时特殊的骨架空隙结构使路面在车辆荷载、高温作用下不会产生路面泛油，防止路面剥落产生。如在水泥基础上铺装，需撒布Gorepair/格瑞派专用粘层油，用量为0.4L/m2，如基础为13以下集配沥青混凝土路面可直接铺装。

★ 良好的抗滑性能

 由于空隙率大，路面的摩擦力随之增大，使Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统具有良好的抗滑能力，确保路面时用的安全性。

★ 透水性

 由于该系统路面采用独特的开级配骨架空隙结构，因此具有较高的渗水系数，远远高于普通密级配沥青路面。雨水可顺路面连通的空隙向路表侧面排走，避免形成路面积水，使保持路面干爽。

★ 低噪音，提高行车舒适度

 Gorepair/格瑞派冷拌彩色沥青混凝土面层系统采用独特的开级配骨架空隙结构，降低了空隙中的气压，减少了交通噪音给日常生活带来的不便，噪音降低可大幅度提高行车舒适度。
